With this project, we want to give young people a voice to share their realities facing discrimination in the labour market and to propose a new narrative through cinema. Our main goal is to strengthen inclusion and equal opportunities in the professional integration of young people, by transforming their lived experiences into a civic short film. The project aims to: equip young people with concrete skills (audiovisual, digital and civic); increase their confidence and employability by offering them a valuable collective experience; raise awareness in society through the dissemination of the short film, the manifesto and a pedagogical booklet; strengthen youth participation by enabling direct dialogue with local, national and European decision-makers.
