Through this project, we aim to support young people from Seefhoek in their personal and social development. Our main objectives are: To increase the self-confidence and resilience of young people by offering them new experiences and challenges outside their familiar environment. To strengthen their intercultural skills and understanding of diversity, enabling them to better handle cultural differences and feel more comfortable in their own identity. To provide international mobility opportunities to young people who normally have limited access to such experiences, allowing them to broaden their horizons and build new networks. To encourage leadership and active participation, giving young people the role of ambassadors and role models within their own community. To enhance the connection between young people and youth workers by working together on an inspiring and educational journey that increases their engagement with the association and the neighborhood. In this way, the project contributes to the sustainable development of young people and to a more inclusive and connected society.
