With this project, we aim to enhance the quality and impact of youth work with art. We are strengthening the collaboration between BAMM and Kunsteducatie Nederland (Art Education Netherlands) and are jointly creating a learning programme for permanent staff and guest educators in which we exchange methodologies, explore new forms of art education, and examine art both as a goal (artistic development) and as a means (personal growth, citizenship, well-being). We strive for greater inclusion, entrepreneurship and international cooperation within our organisations. Together, we are exploring how guest educators can be involved in the process. - Objective at organisational level: 1. Learning how to use different methodologies to create new and appealing offerings together with guest educators and/or refine existing offerings. 2. Learning from each other how the structure and processes of the organisation are set up and how you can strengthen your position in the field by sharing knowledge and experience. - Objective at guest educator level: 1. Professionalising the skills to tailor your offerings to the different target groups you encounter in the field. 2. Learning to develop workshops and activities based on the methodologies of the organisations (including Constructivism, Ludodidactics, Process-oriented Didactics, Authentic Art Education). 3. Strengthening and stimulating the entrepreneurship of guest educators.
