The project addresses the pressing need to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and tools to actively engage in democratic life and resist disinformation. The project objectives are to: - Provide 130+ young people with in-depth knowledge of the Polarities of Democracy framework - Equip 40 youth leaders from 5 countries with the skills to engage in democratic processes and organise campaigns - Develop critical thinking and digital skills of 40 youth leaders to empower youth to identify and resist disinformation, misinformation, and propaganda while using digital platforms for civic engagement. - Support 40 youth leaders in the design and implementation of local community campaigns that promote democratic values and active participation, while fostering international collaboration and exchange of best practices - Raise awareness among 40+ local young people and stakeholders in Samokov about deomcratic principles, European values and rights, contributing to the EU Youth Goals
