Objectives

The project aims to use sport as a strong tool for inclusion and personal development. In many partner countries, young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, are excluded from sport and community life. This affects their health, confidence, and ability to take part in society. Youth workers also reported that they lack ready-to-use sport methods to support inclusion. Through this project we want to respond to these needs by educating and equipping 32 youth workers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to design and lead inclusive sport activities. We want to strengthen their competences in teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution, and to help them use sport not only for physical activity but also as a way to build community, encourage active citizenship, and improve well-being. The specific objectives are: ● To strengthen the competences of youth workers in inclusive sport facilitation, with at least 70% reporting improved skills after the training. ● To equip all participants with at least 5 practical sport-based tools they can apply in their organisations. ● To foster intercultural competences by working in mixed-nationality teams throughout the programme. ● To co-create and publish a digital toolkit with at least 15 inclusive sport methods, video tutorials, and templates, reaching at least 2,000 people across Europe. ● To organise one inclusive sports tournament involving participants and at least 40 local young people, showing inclusion in practice. ● To build a sustainable network of youth workers and organisations committed to sport for inclusion, with each partner running at least one local follow-up activity within 6 months. ● To promote Erasmus+ and non-formal education by linking daily reflections to Youthpass, ensuring 100% of participants complete it. By achieving these objectives, the project will directly support the Erasmus+ priority of promoting inclusion, well-being, and active participation of young people. It will also respond to the real needs of partner organisations, who all expressed the lack of practical tools, digital resources, and strategies to make their youth work more inclusive and sustainable
