By implementing this 12 month long project (entitled `Mastering AI in non-formal education) together with our partner NGOs we aim to achieve the following goal and objectives: Goal: To equip 25 youth workers with both theoretical understanding and practical skills related to artificial intelligence (AI), enabling them to apply AI effectively in the field of youth work and non-formal learning. Objectives: 1. By the end of the project, 25 youth workers will have developed a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence, including its main types, its relevance and potential in the youth field, ethical and societal implications, as well as its current limitations and risks. 2.During the project duration, 25 participants will actively engage in hands-on learning to apply at least five digital tools effectively incorporating them into youth work activities that promote implication on the youth side, creativity and collaboration. 3.Throughout the 12-month project, 25 youth workers will build confidence and a proactive mindset toward digital innovation, becoming increasingly motivated to co-create and lead non-formal educational sessions that involve AI and digital tools as a supportive element.
