Through the PRIDE: Promoting Rights, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality project, our goal is to enhance the knowledge and competencies of youth workers in the LGBTQIA+ field, equipping them to engage more effectively in activities involving queer young people. The project aims to deepen youth workers’ understanding of Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC), fostering inclusive practices in their daily work. The project seeks to provide participants with practical tools and methodologies to prevent acts of intolerance and actively promote a more inclusive and supportive environment. By doing so, we aim to increase the safety and well-being of queer youth, creating spaces where they can thrive.
