The project aims to strengthen young people’s civic literacy, critical thinking, and active participation in democratic life. By exploring the evolution of governance from ancient civilizations to modern democratic systems, it seeks to make complex political concepts accessible and engaging for youth. The objectives are to increase young people’s knowledge of political history and democratic processes, to develop their skills in dialogue, debate, and civic engagement through non-formal learning methods, and to empower them to become active citizens who contribute to more inclusive and participatory governance. A further objective is to ensure that young people with fewer opportunities are meaningfully included, so that the benefits of the project reach a diverse and representative group.
