Our goal is to offer young people a safe, inclusive international experience that strengthens healthy habits, language confidence and participation. From a youth work perspective, we will involve at least 40% participants with fewer opportunities, remove financial and organisational barriers (equipment lending, no co-payments) and provide language scaffolds and CZ–ES buddy pairs from day one. Participants will establish a sustainable weekly movement routine (target 150 minutes/week), learn sport safety, heat management and hydration, and master practical nutrition and mental wellbeing basics: the plate model, label reading, three hydration rules and a three-minute calming routine they will lead themselves. At the same time, we will raise English self-confidence and intercultural teamwork so that at least 80% report a clear increase. Each young person will take at least two different roles (e.g., day captain, timekeeper, recorder, facilitator), building leadership and shared decision-making. Technology will be used sparingly as a tool for learning and documentation, aiming to reduce unplanned screen time for 70% of participants. Sustainability will be ensured by producing and openly sharing a “Healthy Routine Toolbox” (CZ/EN) and embedding project elements into the school curriculum and regular events. The whole design follows the Erasmus Youth Quality Standards: clear learning goals, safety and protection, inclusion, participation, and a green, digitally-light approach.
