Our project aims to strengthen the quality, inclusiveness, and sustainability of youth work practice by equipping youth workers with advanced outdoor leadership, sustainability integration, and inclusive facilitation competences. Through an experiential, non-formal training programme hosted in the Czech Republic, we will address the growing need for innovative, inclusive, and environmentally responsible approaches in youth work. Main Objectives 1-Enhance Practical Competences of Youth Workers +Provide participants with hands-on tools for designing, leading, and evaluating outdoor activities that foster teamwork, resilience, and problem-solving. +Enable youth workers to integrate sustainability principles into youth work — from eco-friendly event planning to promoting low-carbon lifestyles among young people. 2-Strengthen Inclusion Practices in Outdoor and Experiential Learning +Equip youth workers with strategies to involve young people with fewer opportunities, including those facing economic, geographical, cultural, or social barriers. +Apply diversity-sensitive facilitation methods that make outdoor environments accessible, safe, and empowering for all participants. 3-Foster Cross-Border Exchange and Peer Learning Among Youth Workers +Create a collaborative space for youth workers from six countries to share best practices, challenges, and innovative approaches in outdoor-based youth work. +Promote intercultural dialogue and cooperation to strengthen the European youth work community. 4-Promote Sustainability as a Core Value in Youth Work +Increase awareness of climate-friendly practices through thematic workshops, daily eco-challenges, and role-modelling sustainable choices during the mobility. +Ensure participants are able to transfer these sustainable practices into their own youth organisations and local contexts. 5-Ensure Long-Term Impact and Transferability +Support each participant in developing an Action Plan to apply learned methods locally, multiplying the impact within their organisations and communities. +Share project results, toolkits, and best practices openly via the Erasmus+ Results Platform, partner networks, and public events to benefit the wider youth work field.
