The aim of the ImpAct project is to develop entrepreneurship, creative thinking, digital competences, and critical reasoning skills among youth workers and young people through an innovative training course focused on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in youth work, non-formal education, and social entrepreneurship. The main objectives of the project are to: Increase the quality and innovation of youth work by integrating modern AI tools into educational and community-based youth activities. Support entrepreneurial thinking and skills among youth workers and young people, especially those from rural areas or with fewer opportunities. Strengthen critical thinking and media literacy skills, enabling young people to identify disinformation and fake news, including those generated by artificial intelligence. Create a space for international exchange of experience, methodologies and best practices between organizations from different European countries. Encourage the development of real project ideas by young participants, which can be further expanded through newly gained knowledge and mentoring. From the perspective of youth work practice, the project will deliver concrete tools, methodologies, and approaches that will enable youth workers to better support young people in unlocking their potential, building confidence, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. At the same time, it will equip them with the ability to navigate the digital world and work responsibly with information in the era of rapidly evolving AI technologies.
