The project aims to develop young people's media literacy (in particular critical thinking and the ability to evaluate and work with information) in order to increase their resilience to disinformation and misinformation, as well as their ability to engage in democratic life through humanitarian aid and youth activism. The main objectives of the project include providing young people with the knowledge to critically analyse information, distinguish reliable sources from disinformation, make informed judgements about current events and engage and participate young people from target groups in the cultural, social and civic life of the EU through a range of activities providing support, mentoring and networking with local decision-makers.
