The "Pathways to Inclusive Futures" (PIF) project aims to empower young people (aged 17-30) from marginalized backgrounds across Europe through structured, non-formal inclusion education. From a youth work perspective, this initiative is driven by the pressing need to counter social exclusion, discrimination, and limited access to quality learning opportunities for vulnerable youth. We seek to cultivate their agency and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become active multipliers and advocates for a more inclusive Europe. Our core objectives are: Enhance Educational Competences for Inclusive Action: To provide structured non-formal education that develops participants' knowledge, critical thinking, and practical skills related to diversity, human rights, and active inclusion, specifically training them to design and deliver inclusion-focused educational activities in their local contexts. Foster Intercultural Understanding & European Citizenship through Experiential Learning: To create a dynamic and inclusive environment where young people from diverse European backgrounds engage in facilitated experiential learning, fostering empathy, challenging stereotypes, and strengthening their sense of a shared European identity rooted in valuing diversity. Equip Youth for Local Advocacy & Multiplier Roles: To empower participants to translate their learning into tangible local initiatives and educational campaigns, effectively becoming multipliers and advocates for inclusion in their communities, promoting European values and opportunities.
