The "Empowering Inclusive Entrepreneurs" (EIE) project aims to equip young people from marginalized backgrounds with the entrepreneurial mindset, practical skills, and confidence needed to develop innovative solutions for societal challenges and foster their economic independence. From a youth work perspective, this project is driven by the urgent need to address the intersecting issues of youth unemployment, social exclusion, and limited access to relevant skill development for vulnerable young people in Europe. We seek to transform these challenges into opportunities by nurturing their innate creativity and resilience. Our core objectives are: Cultivate Entrepreneurial Thinking for Social Impact: To empower marginalized young people to identify local societal challenges (e.g., discrimination, environmental issues, lack of social services) and conceptualize viable, sustainable entrepreneurial solutions that generate both economic value and positive social change within their communities. Enhance Employability and Practical Skills through Education: To provide structured, hands-on entrepreneurship education and digital literacy training. This includes practical workshops covering business planning, market analysis, digital marketing, effective communication, and project management, thereby significantly improving participants' readiness for the labor market or for launching their own ventures through a comprehensive educational pathway. Foster Intercultural Collaboration and European Values: To create a dynamic, inclusive, and intercultural learning environment where young people from diverse European backgrounds collaborate, exchange ideas, and collectively address shared challenges through an entrepreneurial lens, strengthening their sense of European identity, solidarity, and mutual respect. This educational exchange fosters critical thinking and global awareness. Promote Active Citizenship and Self-Reliance: To inspire participants to take proactive roles in their communities, encouraging them to transform their innovative ideas into actionable projects that contribute to social inclusion and economic vitality, ultimately fostering greater self-reliance and community engagement. This journey of civic engagement is underpinned by experiential learning and continuous educational support.
