The project aims to strengthen youth work by creating spaces where young people can explore identity, migration, and cultural heritage in a participatory and creative way. It is designed to respond to the realities of young people in both Germany and Turkey, while also building bridges between their experiences. The specific objectives are: To create a safe and supportive space where young people can reflect on questions of identity, belonging, and cultural heritage. To foster intercultural learning and dialogue by bringing together participants from Turkey and Germany to share experiences and perspectives. To promote democratic values such as participation, solidarity, and inclusion through non-formal education methods. To preserve and revitalise cultural traditions by engaging young people in creative activities such as music, storytelling, and theatre. To empower participants to strengthen their self-confidence, communication, and teamwork skills in order to play an active role in their communities. To build sustainable cooperation between the partner organisations and open pathways for future youth initiatives across borders. By reaching these objectives, the project contributes to youth work practice by showing how intercultural and creative approaches can empower young people and support their active role in society.
