Through this youth exchange, young representatives from 6 partner organizations will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of EU educational programs related to learning, training, and development. At the same time, they will enhance their competencies, skills, and experiences in the field of non-formal education. Over the course of eight interactive days, participants will expand their knowledge of EU opportunities and explore pathways for personal and professional growth. Participants will play an active role in shaping the exchange, fostering a positive team spirit and leading various activities such as team games, organizational tasks, and collaborative learning sessions. A key focus of the project is inclusivity, ensuring that young people with fewer opportunities especially those with limited Erasmus+ experience are fully engaged and supported. By working together, participants will not only build friendships and strengthen cooperation but also develop communication skills, particularly in English, through intercultural dialogue and teamwork. A crucial aspect of the exchange is practical learning, offering participants the chance to engage with a local support and education center, gaining hands-on experience in youth work and community engagement. Additionally, they will take part in cultural visits, immersing themselves in the local heritage while gaining a broader perspective on European diversity. Intercultural nights will further enhance their understanding of EU cultures, allowing them to exchange traditions, values, and experiences in an engaging and interactive way. As part of the promotional and dissemination phase, participants will develop creative materials to share their experiences, results, and insights with the public. This process will not only improve their digital and IT skills but also enhance their creativity and ability to communicate impactfully. By engaging in these activities, they will position themselves as youth ambassadors, advocating for Erasmus+ opportunities and the benefits of non-formal education. The Youthpass certificate will be introduced as a key evaluation tool, helping participants assess their acquired skills, knowledge, and personal progress throughout the exchange. By reflecting on their learning journey, they will gain a greater appreciation of the competencies they have developed. Beyond the immediate impact on participants, this project serves as a foundation for long-term cooperation among the six partner organizations. The exchange will strengthen international networking, encourage the sharing of best practices, and lay the groundwork for future Erasmus+ collaborations. Additionally, organizations will enhance their capacity for youth work, broaden their perspectives on non-formal education, and create sustainable opportunities for young people, especially those facing social and economic challenges. This youth exchange is more than just an opportunity for learning it is a catalyst for growth, inclusion, and long-term impact in the field of youth work and non-formal education.
