Objectives

By implementing this project, we aim to strengthen the role of youth work in supporting young people’s transition into adulthood, particularly in the fields of digital competences, employability, and intercultural dialogue. The project provides a safe learning environment where non-formal education methods enable young people to explore, practice, and reflect on skills that are often not addressed in formal education. Main objectives: - Enhance digital skills of young participants (16–24 years old), enabling them to use digital tools for learning, communication, employability, and creative expression. - Improve employability competences by supporting young people to prepare CVs, practice job interviews, develop personal branding, and explore entrepreneurship as a career option. - Empower young people with fewer opportunities by providing reinforced mentoring and equal access to international mobility experiences. - Foster intercultural awareness and tolerance through international teamwork, cultural activities, and study visits, contributing to social inclusion and European identity. - Strengthen youth work practices within the partner organisations by testing and sharing innovative non-formal learning methods (role play, simulation, digital workshops, daily reflection tools, Youthpass). - Encourage active participation and initiative-taking by involving young people in planning, implementing, and disseminating activities, ensuring that they are not passive beneficiaries but active drivers of change. The project addresses key needs of youth work practice: reaching young people at a turning point in their lives, equipping them with transversal competences, and creating opportunities for those with fewer chances. It strengthens the capacities of youth workers and organisations to design high-quality mobility projects, embed digital learning, and support personal development beyond academic frameworks.
