The "United Minds" youth exchange project aims to actively tackle cultural intolerance and division by creating a direct, hands-on environment for young people to connect, learn, and build mutual respect. Our core objectives are: To challenge and dismantle cultural stereotypes and prejudices by fostering direct, personal interactions among participants from diverse backgrounds. To equip participants with essential intercultural competencies such as effective communication, empathy, and creative problem-solving. To empower young people to become strong advocates for tolerance and inclusion in their own communities. To create a lasting, supportive international network that extends beyond the project and fosters peaceful, inclusive societies. To provide a platform for personal and professional growth, preparing participants for future roles in education, employment, and social change. The project focuses on practical youth work by prioritizing participatory methods, ensuring that young people are not just recipients of knowledge but are actively involved in designing and implementing project activities. We are particularly committed to involving youth who have experienced discrimination or social exclusion, ensuring that their lived experiences inform and enrich all discussions.
