he project aims to equip young people with practical skills, knowledge, and motivation to become active environmental change agents within their communities. Informed by insights from our January 2025 Zero Waste youth mobility and follow-up evaluations, we observed that young people—including migrants—face difficulties applying sustainability practices in daily life despite previous training efforts. Challenges include limited hands-on learning opportunities, lack of support from family or community, and the perception that individual actions have minimal impact. Data from the EU confirms this gap, with high CO₂ emissions, low recycling rates, and significant food waste, while many young people report insufficient green skills and opportunities for environmental engagement. To address these needs, the project will implement a youth exchange program using hands-on, creative, and collaborative methods. Music is a central tool for learning, communication, and engagement, allowing participants to internalize sustainability concepts and share them with wider audiences. By including partners from multiple countries, the program fosters cross-cultural learning, strengthens European cooperation, and enables participants to exchange diverse perspectives and best practices. The specific objectives of the project are: 1.To improve participants’ knowledge of the concept of sustainability in its ecological, social, and economic dimensions, the issues and best practices related to environmental sustainability in partner countries the environmental impacts of daily habits, and practical approaches to energy use, food waste reduction, waste management, carbon footprint, and sustainable consumption 2.To develop participants' ability to critically analyze daily habits, evaluate their environmental consequences, identify areas for improvement, make sustainable and responsible choices, implement practical eco-friendly actions in daily life, and reflect on the outcomes of their decisions 3.To improve participants’ artistic and cultural knowledge and skills in folk music,nature-inspired sounds, recycled instruments, group singing, melody, rhythm, harmony, vocal blending, music recording, video production, and live performance and creative musical expression; . 4.To enhance participants’ creativity, problem-solving, and technical music skills, while developing their ability to collaboratively integrate individual contributions into collective compositions, apply critical thinking in artistic processes, give and receive constructive feedback, strengthen teamwork, communication and intercultural dialogue skills, use music as a tool to convey environmental and social messages, and improve their organization, coordination, and community engagement abilities 5.To enhance participants’ knowledge of Erasmus+ opportunities and youth mobility prospects, and to improve their practical skills in project design, planning, and implementation
