Objectives

The Green Voices project aims to empower young Europeans aged 18-30 to become active advocates for environmental sustainability and civic engagement, fostering a generation of informed change-makers who can drive positive ecological actions in their communities. By implementing this youth exchange, we seek to bridge the gap between environmental awareness and practical action, promoting intercultural dialogue and inclusive participation to build resilient, eco-conscious societies. From the perspective of youth work practice, our objectives include equipping participants with non-formal learning skills in creative expression (such as upcycling arts and digital storytelling) to enhance their leadership and advocacy abilities; promoting active citizenship through hands-on workshops on climate issues, waste reduction, and community outreach; and supporting personal development, particularly for those with fewer opportunities, by creating safe, participatory spaces that build intercultural competences, critical thinking, and long-term commitment to sustainable youth-led initiatives.
