We will turn the fragile “after” of harm into steady, ethical youth work. Concretely, we will equip youth workers to handle four moments with confidence: the first five minutes after an incident, the calm “go/no-go” decision between a restorative or protection route, a short re-entry meeting that lands in a proportionate “back-to-group” plan, and the multi-stakeholder table where school, family, services and sport agree who does what. We will co-create and adopt a REPAIR KIT—plain-language SOPs for “Report–Assess–Repair–Monitor,” consent and information sheets, a lean incident note aligned with GDPR, a PFA-lite prompt card, a re-entry template, and simple observation/shadowing tools—so practice will become consistent rather than personality-dependent. We will embed inclusion by default through UDL routines and consent-based, low-stimulus music-for-wellbeing with full no-sound options, and we will recognise growth with Youthpass mapped to ETS competences. After the mobility we will drive transfer via job shadowing, quarterly peer supervision and brief adoption notes that place the REPAIR KIT in handbooks and induction. Success will show up in everyday rooms: clearer first-response language, transparent route choices, proportionate re-entry plans, humane, data-minimal records—and a shared culture of safety, consent and accountability that will outlive the project year.
