Through implementing this project, we aim to strengthen the intercultural competence and democratic agency of youth workers, enabling them to work more effectively with young people from migration and refugee backgrounds and to counter populism and discrimination. The project seeks to develop and disseminate innovative methods of anti-discrimination work and interreligious dialogue, build sustainable transnational partnerships between German and Spanish youth organizations, and improve the quality of European youth work through the transfer of best practices. From the perspective of youth work practice, participants shall learn concrete tools and strategies to promote democratic participation, mediate intercultural conflicts, and develop inclusive educational programs that contribute to strengthening social cohesion and European identity.
