The central goal of the #speakfairly project is to promote and strengthen fair communication in political discourse. We therefore want to help young people in particular to make their voices heard in political and social dialogues in a respectful, inclusive, and understandable way. To achieve this, we want to expand the media and communication skills of the participants, for example in relation to argumentation styles, active listening skills, fact checking, and dealing with social media. We have set these goals above all to improve the political participation of young people and to make a positive contribution to the currently very heated political climate.
