The main aim of the project is to establish a sustainable and youth-led mentorship programme that supports ESC volunteers in Bremen. Specifically, the objectives are: -To design and implement a mentorship concept that responds directly to the real needs of ESC volunteers, created by ex-volunteers who have firsthand experience. -To empower young people to become confident and capable mentors by enhancing their leadership, communication, and organisational skills. -To strengthen community ties by creating a supportive network of current and former volunteers. -To increase youth participation by ensuring young people are involved in shaping services that affect them. -To build long-term capacity for youth-led mentorship initiatives, giving mentors the skills to design, lead, and sustain similar projects in the future.
