The Young European Security Conference (YESC) empowers young people to understand, discuss, and influence Europe’s security and foreign policy. It aims to strengthen youth resilience to disinformation, build critical thinking and civic engagement, and create meaningful dialogue between youth and decision-makers. Through non-formal learning and inclusive participation, YESC develops competences in media literacy, democratic participation, and intercultural understanding. The project’s objectives are to raise awareness of European security challenges, foster informed debate, and equip participants with the skills and confidence to contribute actively to democratic life.
