The focus of the Clear Minds for Youth youth exchange is to develop the conscious use of smart devices to support mental health. With the project, we want to create a strong foundation for developing cooperation, creativity and a sense of responsibility among young people, giving them the necessary tools and opportunities to take care of their own and their loved ones' mental health. In the target group 14-17 years, social attitudes, assessments and habits related to the use of smart devices are formed and consolidated. It has been found that excessive screen time increases stress, anxiety, depression and loneliness among young people (Khumukcham, 2023). Another important goal of the project is to develop intercultural communication and cooperation. Young people learn to cooperate with peers from other cultures, developing their ability to work in an international environment and valuing diversity. This contributes to the ability of young people to adapt to European society and prepares them for future careers and social activism. In addition, introducing the opportunities of the Erasmus+ program, developing key competences and developing European values. We encourage them to use international opportunities to support their development and to be more active members of civil society, encouraging them to take responsibility for their future and the well-being of their community. During the project, we support the personal and professional growth of young people by developing communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
