The project aims to strengthen youth participation among minority young people in Estonia by building on the work of the ERÜ Youth Council. It seeks to empower minority youth to express their identity, preserve and share their cultural traditions, and engage in dialogue with society and decision makers. The objectives are to provide opportunities for minority youth to take part in democratic life, develop leadership and intercultural competences, and use culture as a tool for inclusion. Through workshops, a summer camp, cultural events and meetings with decision makers, the project will create space for young people to learn, cooperate and design their own initiatives. In this way, the project supports the visibility of minority youth, promotes respect for diversity, and contributes to stronger youth participation in Estonia.
