The aim of the project is to develop the knowledge and skills of student organisation leaders and active members in Tartu to ensure the sustainability of organisations, knowledge transfer, and active youth participation in civil society. We aim to strengthen leadership capacity, support structured knowledge handover, and offer practical training on project writing, event management, marketing, data protection, and advocacy.
