The FUL project is designed to leverage a variety of engaging indoor and outdoor activities to achieve its objectives. It aims to support young people in expressing their emotions through non-formal methods. Many participants enter the program with communication barriers and a reluctance to discuss their feelings openly. This project will help them feel more comfortable with their emotions and develop strategies for managing them effectively. The primary goal is to enhance their social skills and enable them to articulate their feelings without fear of judgment. Additionally, the project emphasizes the importance of understanding one’s history, culture, and heritage as a means of self-discovery. Participants will engage in group activities that encourage open expression and team-building, which will foster personal growth and confidence in various aspects of their lives, including personal, educational, and professional settings. The program includes activities that promote collaboration and idea-sharing, potentially leading to actionable plans and increased confidence in pursuing business or project initiatives. By incorporating theater, art, music, and photography, the project aims to boost participants' skills and apply them in their own communities. The project strives to address key competencies outlined by Erasmus+, such as communication in native and foreign languages, mathematical and scientific literacy, digital competence, social and civic skills, cultural awareness, and entrepreneurial spirit. Key objectives include: - Enhancing self-understanding and personal reflection. - Using theater activities to help participants express their thoughts and feelings. - Encouraging participants to voice their ideas and improve communication strategies. - Providing a supportive environment where participants can connect with others facing similar challenges. - Using art and music as tools for emotional expression and confidence-building. - Promoting empathy and mutual support among participants. - Using photography to help participants express and share their feelings through visual means. Overall, FUL aims to create a supportive space where young people can explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop practical skills for personal and professional growth.
