The Activeyouth project seeks to enable young people developing the main skills for life, promoting social inclusion and promoting active citizenship through sports. From the point of view of youth work, the project aims to create a support and surrounding environment, where participants can grow personally and socially as they learn to apply the values of teamwork, leadership and responsibility to their daily lives. One of the main objectives of the project is to develop essential skills for life among participants. Through structured sports activities and non -formal educational methods, the project will focus on improving skills such as communication, leadership, collaboration and problem solving. This is crucial for young people as they prepare to enter the workforce or assume leadership roles in their communities. By participating in teambased sports challenges and reflective workshops, participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills in real-life scenarios, helping them build the necessary confidence and resilience for their future personal and professional lives. Another important goal is to promote social inclusion using sport as a tool to bring together young people from various origins, including those with less opportunities. The project will create a space where participants can connect between dividing into culture, social and economic, promoting understanding and mutual respect. By encouraging cooperation and teamwork through sports, the project will help break down barriers and combat exclusion, contributing to a more comprehensive and cohesive community of young people. In addition, strengthening young people to become active and engaged citizens is central to the project's objectives. Through workshops and discussions, participants will explore how they can use the skills they have developed to take leadership functions in their local communities, engage in voluntary activities and boost positive changes. The project aims to inspire participants to take initiative and become models for their colleagues, promoting a culture of active participation and civic responsibility. Overall, the Activeyouth project is designed to provide young people the tools necessary to prosper in today's world, building life skills, promoting inclusion and enabling them to contribute to their communities in significant ways.
