The main objective we aim to achieve through the implementation of our project is to empower young people through social and sustainable entrepreneurship, enabling them to develop a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial competences and cultural awareness. We seek to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to create positive changes in their communities. In terms of youth work practice, the specific objectives of our project are as follows: Developing Entrepreneurial Skills and Competences: The project will focus on enabling young people to acquire essential entrepreneurial competences, such as developing business ideas, creating business plans, leadership, and digital marketing. Through practical workshops, group projects, and discussions, participants will gain the ability to transform their creative ideas into sustainable initiatives. Fostering Cultural Awareness and Participation: By bringing together participants from diverse cultural backgrounds, the project will promote intercultural dialogue and the exchange of ideas. Through collaborative learning, participants will enhance their respect for diversity and develop inclusive practices.
