We aim to make the Municipal Youth Council fully operational, inclusive, and influential, giving young people (16-30) simple, safe ways to shape local decisions. Objectives: -Set clear rules and a yearly calendar; run at least 8 Council meetings and one youth-moderated dialogue with municipal leaders. -Engage about 575-600 young people (around 540 at events, around 35 online), including around 188 with fewer opportunities. -Deliver 4 short skills labs and 2 large youth-led civic actions with schools; recognise up to 40 active learners with Youthpass. -Co-create a 4-6 page Local Youth Priorities Note with concrete next steps. -Ensure access, green and digital practices, and a public decision log to track “what we heard / what we did.”
