**For this project, we will bring together youth in Vitoria Gasteiz, Spain for 8 activity days + 2 traveling days coming from Spain, Albania, Croatia and Türkiye. Each partner organization is going to send 6 participants(5 youth + 1 leader) including participants with fewer opportunities with focus on participants who have speech disorders. We are committed to prioritizing inclusion, flexibility is needed during the preparation phase to ensure we support participants in the best and most inclusive way possible. There will be two facilitators, one from Spain and one from Albania. There will also be 2 more Spanish participants as support staff, the role of which is described in detail in one of the questions of this application. So, the total number will be 28 participants.** PROJECT OBJECTIVES: -To raise awareness about speech disorders such as stuttering by breaking stereotypes, sharing real experiences, and helping people understand what it means to stutter. -To empower young people who have speech disorders by boosting their confidence, fostering a sense of belonging, and promoting social inclusion through self-expression and tools to navigate everyday conversations. -To promote kindness, empathy, and inclusion by teaching participants how to be supportive listeners and create safe, welcoming spaces where everyone feels heard and respected. -To develop creative and inclusive ways of communication through a podcast and storytelling that help express emotions beyond words and embrace diverse voices. -To inspire long-term change by equipping participants with inclusive ideas and skills to spread awareness about stuttering and other speech disorders in their communities through social media, events, and creative initiatives.
