The "Roots and Wings" Youth Exchange aims to provide a transformative experience that empowers young people to reconnect with themselves, others, and the environment. This project addresses pressing challenges such as social isolation, emotional disconnection, and the absence of accessible spaces for meaningful personal development. By integrating artistic expression with holistic practices, the project equips participants with tools to develop emotional resilience, intercultural understanding, and sustainable habits. From the perspective of youth work practice, the project seeks to: Foster emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and well-being through creative and somatic methodologies. Promote cross-cultural solidarity by uniting young people from six European countries in meaningful exchanges of culture and experience. Enhance youth workers' capacities to implement creative, holistic, and non-formal education methods in their programming. Inspire participants to become socially engaged, emotionally resilient, and active citizens, championing the values of Erasmus+ within their communities.
