We aim to empower young people to become informed, motivated climate actors by using oral storytelling and other non-formal methods as a bridge between local heritage and collective environmental action. Concretely, we will: (a) deepen youths’ understanding of EU environmental policies and the climate emergency; (b) reconnect them with nature and their local contexts; (c) develop transversal competences (communication, creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, digital creation) framed by Youthpass; and (d) strengthen European solidarity by co-creating stories and “story-maps” that translate complex issues into relatable community narratives.
