What this project aims to achieve is: - That young participants become more aware of the world they live in, where resources come from, and the challenges currently faced by rural areas. -That they increase their environmental awareness and respect for nature. - That they learn practices useful for their daily lives, such as how to cultivate food or how to choose seasonal and locally produced products. - That they learn to be more self-sufficient. - That they are able to connect with nature and become aware of the importance of its conservation. - That they change their lifestyle habits towards more sustainable and respectful ones. - That they learn to be conscious of themselves, their bodies, and their health, and to take care of both their physical and mental well-being. - That they improve their lifestyle habits, fight against sedentary behavior, and become more active people. - That they improve their mental health and acquire tools to maintain it throughout their lives, as well as to support others. - That they become active agents of change in their communities. The objectives of this project can therefore be summarized as follows: - To raise participants’ awareness of the current situation in rural areas, to help them value what nature provides us, and to enable them to change their lifestyle habits towards a more environmentally respectful and sustainable future. - To combat sedentary lifestyles and promote physical activity. - To foster the active participation of young people in their communities.
