The project aims to empower young people as protagonists of educational and social change, offering them an international experience that combines innovation, inclusion, and European citizenship. From a youth work perspective, the main objectives are: Develop digital and innovative competences through the use of the Future Classroom model and the creation of digital products (videos, podcasts, presentations). Promote inclusion and equal opportunities, by bringing together young people from diverse contexts: urban working-class backgrounds in Spain and rural communities in Romania, overcoming geographical, economic, and educational barriers. Strengthen social and intercultural competences through teamwork in international groups, intercultural living, and peer-to-peer learning. Foster active and European citizenship, engaging young people in decision-making processes, democratic dialogue, and building a sense of belonging to a shared European community. Encourage sustainability and social responsibility, linking educational innovation with greener and more environmentally friendly practices. Ultimately, the project seeks to ensure that participants gain skills and values useful for their personal, educational, and professional lives, while also becoming role models within their schools and communities, thereby amplifying the impact of the exchange beyond its duration.
