Objectives

The project seeks, through non-formal education, to create safe and accessible spaces where young people (including participants with autism and fewer opportunities) can develop personal, social, and professional skills through a unique methodology: ecological art. The main objectives are: - Communication and creative expression skills: to foster the ability to express oneself non-verbally, clearly and creatively through tools provided by ecological art (murals with natural pigments, sculptures with recycled materials, thus reducing waste). - Confidence and public speaking skills: simulations, role-plays, and presentations strengthen self-confidence in communicating ideas. Participants are given the opportunity to set aside their prejudices about people with autism spectrum disorder. - Conflict resolution and ethical negotiation: mediation practices and dynamics help improve the management of disagreements in multicultural and diverse contexts. This is because it is often difficult to navigate situations where you do not know how the other person thinks. - Social inclusion and equity: ensuring the participation of young people with fewer opportunities and adapting activities for people with autism (reinforced preparation, sensory materials to facilitate emotional regulation, volunteer companions to promote comfort and safety, etc.). - Environmental awareness and sustainability: use of recycled materials in the day-to-day running of the project, green-traveling practices, and activities that link artistic creation with ecological awareness. - Digital and creative skills: use of tools (Canva, editing, multimedia documentation, and even AI) to produce content and disseminate results. - Physical and mental well-being: including outdoor activities, energizers, and daily reflections to promote resilience and health. - Long-term networking and mentoring: creation of an alumni network and a mentoring system to prolong the impact after mobility.
