Decoding AI 4 Youth (DecAI) is a project that aims to bring young Europeans closer to artificial intelligence from an accessible, critical, and practical perspective, using non-formal education methodologies as the main tool for youth work. The project does not aim to train AI experts, but rather to empower young people to understand what AI is, how it works, and how it influences their lives, encouraging their active participation in the digital society. The exchange responds to the need to offer young people spaces where they can explore current and complex issues, such as digital transformation, in an intercultural environment that combines learning with critical reflection and creative work. Special emphasis will be placed on the participation of young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring their inclusion in a subject that is often distant from them and yet essential for their future. In addition, the project aims to connect technology with the daily lives of participants, showing them how AI can be used in practical, ethical, and creative ways. In this way, young people will not only develop new digital skills, but also learn to reflect on the challenges and dilemmas that come with it, acquiring tools to critically address the changes brought about by digitalization. The objectives of the project are as follows: 1. To promote critical digital literacy. 2. To encourage active participation and peer-to-peer learning. 3. To promote critical thinking and creativity. 4. To foster digital inclusion and equity. 5. To strengthen intercultural cooperation. 6.
