The VOICE project is implemented with the purpose of directly addressing the need to train young people in Communication Competences that are essential for both social inclusion and civic empowerment, as established by the Erasmus+ Programme in its priorities. Our vision is clear: to transform youth mobility into a tangible social and digital empowerment tool, equipping young people with the ability to express themselves effectively and inclusively. VOICE Project Objectives The VOICE objectives are focused on the reflective awareness of communication competences, formal recognition, and the quality of the experience: - Reflective Awareness of Competences (100%): To foster a deep reflective awareness of their Communication Competences (assertiveness, active listening, non-verbal, and inclusive communication) in 100% of participants. We seek for this reflection to inspire an active commitment to continue developing their capacity for expression and participation. - Certification and Key Competences Recognition (100%): To guarantee the completion and certification of the Youthpass for 100% of participants, actively guiding them on how to integrate this document as evidence of the acquisition of Key Competences (especially Communication in foreign languages and Digital Competence) in their résumés/CVs. - Organizational Quality and Safety (80%): To achieve an overall satisfaction rate with the quality of organizational support and safety higher than 80%, according to the evaluation of the project's final questionnaire. - Multiplication of Results (80%): To promote the multiplication of results, ensuring that at least 80% of participants share the Final Multimedia Resource (video/podcast on the topic of Communication) on their social media networks, ensuring the visibility of the European Union funding and the value of Inclusive Communication.
