As a result of the literature review we conducted during the project preparation phase and our online meetings with educators from different countries, face-to-face and telephone interviews with educators, it has been revealed that educators are aware of artificial intelligence applications, but they have deficiencies in terms of effective use, and the reason for this is that the phenomenon of artificial intelligence and its potentials have not yet been integrated into the education system. In this context, educators need to develop a solid awareness and understanding of AI concepts and application potential. It is also important that they have access to professional development opportunities to improve their technical competencies. They need guidance to effectively integrate AI applications into their teaching processes. Our project will propose a number of solutions within the framework of this problem situation.
