The FINE – Fit IN Entrepreneurship project aims to equip young workers with the tools, knowledge and attitudes necessary to accompany young people in their discovery of their entrepreneurial potential. From the perspective of juvenile work, it is intended not only to develop technical competences in entrepreneurship, but also to reinforce transversal skills such as creativity, innovation, critical thinking, resilience and leadership capacity. The project also seeks to raise awareness of the importance of sustainable and social entrepreneurship, which connects with the European values of inclusion, active participation and community development. The specific objectives include: O1 Develop entrepreneurial skills in at least 25 juvenile workers from 5 European countries (España, Romania, Italy, Poland, Slovakia) during the training course in Tenerife (21 June - 1 July 2026), through 8 practical workshops based on non-formal education. O2 Create a digital guide with a minimum of 10 innovative youth entrepreneurship tools co-designed by the participants, and distribute it before October 31, 2026 through the web pages and social networks of the 5 social organizations, reaching at least 500 young people and youth workers in Europe. O3 Strengthen international cooperation between social organizations by signing at least 10 cooperation agreements for future projects before the end of the project (31/10/2026), guaranteeing the sustainability of the results and the creation of new mobility opportunities for young people.
