Through this mobility of youth workers coming from Spain, Albania, Italy, Croatia, and Turkiye we aim to: O1: Discover and explore innovative ways of engaging young people in civic and political issues through artivism techniques. O2: Enhance the skills and competencies of novice youth workers in applying art-based methods to improve lobbying and advocacy strategies. O3: Build sustainable cross-country partnerships and collaborations around artivism as a tool for social and political change. O 4: Provide a space for mutual learning and exchange of good practices, strengthening professional networks and intercultural understanding among youth workers. This project will bring together in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain 24 participants among which 20 youth workers(4 per country), 2 trainers and 2 staff members, all coming from both program and partner countries. For 7 days of activities using non-formal learning they will gain skills on how to utilize art techniques for a better youths engagement on social and political issues that affect the communities that we live in.
