Our project aims to empower youth workers to become catalysts for change in their communities by equipping them with the skills and methodologies needed to support young in transforming their creative talents into sustainable livelihoods. Specifically, our objectives from a youth work practice perspective are to: Enhance Professional Competence: Train youth workers in digital tools, entrepreneurial strategies, and innovative non-formal education methods so they can effectively guide and mentor young artists. Promote Social Inclusion: Provide targeted support to marginalized youth and artists, ensuring that those facing economic or social disadvantages gain access to digital literacy and entrepreneurial skills. Foster Creativity and Intercultural Dialogue: Create inclusive spaces for creative expression and intercultural exchange, enabling youth to develop self-confidence, critical thinking, and collaborative skills. Build Sustainable Practices: Develop adaptable toolkits, training materials, and best practices that youth workers can integrate into their regular programming, ensuring lasting benefits beyond the project’s duration. Strengthen International Networks: Encourage transnational collaboration among youth workers and partner organizations, promoting the exchange of innovative practices and reinforcing the European spirit of inclusion and lifelong learning.
