"A Stage for Dialogue" seeks to promote inclusion and accessibility in the youth work of partner organizations through this training for youth workers based on the use of performing arts, with creative and artistic tools to effectively include young people with disabilities and/or at risk of social exclusion. The objectives of this project are: - To promote inclusion and accessibility within partner organizations' activities through the use of artistic tools. - To develop the skills of youth workers based on the ETS model. - To foster intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding within partner organizations' target groups. - To strengthen collaboration and cooperation between partner organizations and other stakeholders.
