to face a complex and changing world with resilience, authenticity, and compassion. Focused on the first dimension of the Inner Development Goals (Being), the training offers practical tools for self-awareness, presence, and emotional regulation, which are rarely addressed in traditional youth work education. During an eight-day immersive course in Cantabria, complemented by online preparation and follow-up, 27 youth workers from 11 European countries will engage in experiential learning, mindfulness, coaching, and group processes designed to support both personal wellbeing and social impact. The specific objectives are: -To reinforce self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and resilience, enabling safe and inclusive spaces for young people. -To promote democratic values, diversity, and inclusion through inner development -To integrate the IDG framework into youth work practice, empowering participants as multipliers of change in their communities. Through this approach, the project contributes to enhancing the quality, sustainability, and innovation of youth work in Europe, linking personal growth with social transformation.
