The project aims to strengthen the competencies of youth workers, improve the quality of their interventions, and promote inclusion, creativity, and active participation of the young people they serve. The specific objectives are: 1. Development of professional competencies for youth workers: Enhance participants’ pedagogical, methodological, and facilitation skills through practical workshops on inclusive theatre and non-formal education. Foster youth workers’ ability to design creative, participatory activities adapted to diverse youth groups. 2. Promotion of inclusion and diversity: Raise participants’ awareness of the importance of social, cultural, and educational inclusion for young people with fewer opportunities. Apply methodologies that integrate young people with different abilities, cultural backgrounds, or socio-economic situations. 3. Strengthening international cooperation and transnational networks: Consolidate collaboration between European youth organizations to exchange good practices and experiences. Facilitate the creation of a sustainable professional network for future European projects. 4. Innovation and improvement in daily youth work: Introduce creative methods based on theatre, art therapy, and active pedagogy that participants can replicate in their local contexts. Promote the transfer of competencies and good practices to other professionals, extending the project’s impact beyond direct participants. 5. Encouraging reflection and continuous learning: Ensure participants reflect on their professional practices and develop attitudes of continuous improvement in youth work. Document and disseminate results to serve as a reference for other organizations and projects. Overall, the project seeks to enhance the quality, creativity, and inclusivity of youth work, empowering youth workers to generate a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the young people they support.
