The project aims to strengthen youth participation in rural areas through heritage education, creating a European space for exchange, learning and co-design of projects. Through working with young people, professionals will be equipped with new skills, resources and international connections, which they will be able to apply directly in their daily work with young people and rural communities. The main objectives are: - to improve participants' skills in innovative non-formal education methodologies applied to cultural and natural heritage, with a special focus on rural contexts; - to promote a European network of cooperation between organisations working with youth and heritage, as a basis for future mobility initiatives and projects with a European dimension; - to raise awareness and value the role of rural youth in cultural transmission and community innovation, reinforcing their active participation; - to develop concrete proposals for European projects that connect youth, sustainability and heritage, ensuring medium-term impact on local communities; - to promote inclusion and equal opportunities, ensuring that rural youth and educators have access to European experiences and useful tools for their work;
