The InTouch training course arises from the need to address in an innovative way the management of boundaries, touch, and interpersonal relationships in youth contexts from an inclusive, intercultural, and gender-sensitive perspective. In an environment where young people and youth workers face increasingly complex, digitalized, and diverse dynamics, there is a need to equip professionals with practical tools and artistic and digital methodologies that strengthen their educational practice and foster safe, respectful, and creative spaces. The main goal of InTouch is to train participants in the exploration and management of bodily and affective relationships within youth work, providing practical, methodological, and reflective competences that can be directly applied in their daily practice. The training will be hands-on and experiential, integrating experiential learning methodologies through physical theatre, theatre of the oppressed, performance, contact dance, biodanza, body expression, and collective co-creation. These methodologies will allow participants to explore aspects such as consent, personal boundaries, non-verbal communication, gender diversity, and inclusion, combining individual and group reflection with artistic practice and bodily experimentation. The specific objectives of the project are: - To provide innovative tools to address the management of touch, boundaries, and communication in youth settings, strengthening safety, respect, and trust within groups. - To promote inclusive and intercultural non-formal education, recognizing gender diversity, identities, and cultural contexts in the daily practice of youth work. - To foster creativity and artistic expression as means for reflection, group cohesion, and social transformation. - To develop facilitation, mediation, and group management skills that are sensitive to touch and personal boundaries. - To co-create an interactive digital guide compiling the methodologies, exercises, and learnings from the training, providing a practical, technological, and replicable resource for the European youth work community. - To promote international cooperation and the exchange of good practices among young people and professionals from different countries, strengthening learning and collaboration networks in youth work. - To increase the quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work through the implementation of experiential, artistic, and digital methodologies that integrate the bodily, affective, and relational dimension in non-formal education. InTouch is not just a training course; it is a space for experimentation, reflection, and collective transformation, where participants will be able to experience and apply tools that enhance their professional practice. From exploring touch and boundaries to artistic creation and the co-construction of digital resources, the project offers a formative experience that fosters personal and professional growth, ensuring that learnings can be transferred to their organizations and communities, generating a real and sustainable impact on European youth work.
