With this project, we aim to strengthen cooperation with our French and Finnish partners, improve the quality of our youth exchange projects, and empower our instructors to become effective youth leaders through an immersive learning experience in a youth exchange with minors. The objectives of our project are: - to strengthen cooperation and networking with our French and Finnish partners - to improve the quality of our youth exchange projects - to offer an on-the-ground learning experience to young leaders from our organizations - To empower our youth workers and young people to be effective facilitators of the learning process for youth exchange participants. - To train them, through daily exchange activities, how to manage the different aspects of a youth exchange (logistics, evaluation, supporting the learning of participating youth, YouthPass, communication and coordination between youth leaders, etc.). - To Improve our youth worker international work skills and their employability. - to have trained staff to promote the organization of high-quality youth exchanges within our organizations.
